We want you to be satisfied with your gear. If something isn't right, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and exchange policy on our physical products.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and inserts included. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened Range Target Packs. Once a target pack has been opened or used, it cannot be returned.
- Any product that has been used, fired upon, modified, or that is not in its original, resalable condition.
- Items returned without prior authorization or returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping.
- Change of mind or exchanges: For returns due to preference, fit, or other non-defect reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To start a return or exchange, email us at [email protected] with the following information before shipping anything back:
- Your full name
- Email address used for the order
- Order number or order date
- The item(s) you wish to return and the reason
We will respond with return authorization and instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
