1. Agreement to Terms

ccwapphelper.org is an online retailer that sells physical concealed carry accessories and shooting-range gear, including concealed carry holsters, range target packs, and related everyday-carry products. All products are sold as physical goods that are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general reference; actual products may vary slightly in color, appearance, or packaging.

3. Order Acceptance

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed in error, that contain pricing or product description inaccuracies, that we cannot fulfill, or that we believe may be unlawful in the buyer's jurisdiction. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are listed on the website and at checkout in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of shipping charges and any applicable taxes, which are calculated and displayed before you complete your order. The Concealed Carry Holster is $49.00 and the Range Target Pack is $39.99. We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to your order being accepted. All purchases are one-time transactions for physical goods. There are no subscriptions, memberships, or recurring charges of any kind.

Billing Descriptor: All charges from ccwapphelper.org will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "CCWAPPHELPER.ORG". This is how the charge will be identified on your cardholder billing statement.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address; we are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.

6. Title and Risk of Loss

Title to and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide (or, where applicable, upon delivery to the carrier as designated by you). If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us promptly so we can assist with a carrier claim or replacement.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before placing an order.
